The Fund Internship Program (FIP) gives PhD students a full-time, paid summer at IMF headquarters in Washington, DC. Interns work on a research or policy project under the supervision of IMF economists.
Interns present their work at the end of the programme, and many FIP alumni later join the IMF’s Economist Program.
